This is a note or appreciation to one of your staff members, Mr. John Van Arkel (Hope I spelled it right). I recently purchased a windshield frame for my white 1992 Jeep Wrangler, and a roll bar pad. I drove 65 miles from my home in Antioch to your place of business, and naturally I prepared for this visit and was in phone contact with John a few times checking the item (s) I needed. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with my purchase and went home happy. As this was my first experience in putting a windshield frame in this old Jeep, I not realize that this was a task! Some of the screws were frozen and I broke a couple. The dealership in my town did not have any of these screws even show up in their computer.

I called john again and requested that he send me a couple of screws (I saw the guy just throw them on the ground, never thought I would need them!) due to the distance of driving up there, and the time involved. John was very accommodating and sent not 2... but 4 screws in the mail. I promised John that when I got back there (which I will one of theses days) I will owe him lunch.

This is what separates businesses from other mediocre establishments. The willingness, understanding, and commitment to good customer service. You and your staff (Mr. Duncan, the mechanic who helped me "Rainer", Gary) are to be commended. Thank you very much for your assistance.

I ordered a door panel for my jeep grand cherokee and i just received it tonite(Tuesday 16th) and I looked it over and saw it was in brand new condition and i am VERY VERY HAPPY with it!!!!!!! along with your guys' service-immpecable(if its a word??) and help--Neil Duncan helped me over the phone and over the internet accommodating me with pictures that i asked for so i could see it beforehand and i will DEFINITELY order from J & W Auto Wreckers again when i need a part and i'm sure i'll need a part sometime or another.

I gave all the info to the Jeep dealer mechanic who's fixing it up and was in search of that harness, and he was very excited that I'd found one for him. I told him you guys were incredible and that you pulled parts very carefully, and clipped no wires. Just wanted to thank you all for the help you gave me on getting power steering brackets for my 79 Jeep. Everyone told me that I would never find these parts without buying a complete changeover kit. With so much recent news about about people being ripped off by internet companies, I was holding my breath when I called and ordered parts from

The seats arrived in great shape! They are just what you promised. Please thank Johnny for his help when I called, and tell him the only difference between the seats of a CJ-7 and Wrangler is: one hole needs to be drilled on each side of the seat frame about one inch from the front or back, depending whether you want it shifted slightly front or back farther, in line with the old holes. There is enough room to drill on the frame without doing anything else. I would like to do business with you again.

Just wanted to drop a line to say thanks! The parts quality far exceeded what I figured they would be....I was expecting some beat-up, but still functioning parts. (especially for the price) What I received was barely distinguishable from new! Your Tech's on the phone as well as E-mail were friendly and knowledgeable. Finding your Jeep specific company/web-site is a welcome relief for me after having to deal with many of the aftermarket business we have today. No one seems to have, or want to sell, the kind of hard to find real jeep items us jeepers have been looking for. Sure you can look around here and there and maybe find what you want but to have it all in one spot is incredible!
